SUSTAINABLE FOOD CULTURE: FROM THE PAST INTO THE FUTURE

🌍 This is a new project from Erasmus+ program in which scientists span and a half are involved.

 


 Out of the various objectives defined in the project, the scientists will have to understand how the culinary heritage unites Europe by identifying challenges and commitments of European citizenship, as well as reflecting on global climate changes, developing awareness work around the 17 Objectives
Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations.

In this project we will work with students from Spain, France, Croatia and Poland.
